The sessions are talk-based. In a calm, relaxing state of mind, we will work towards the better version of yourself, a transformed version that you deserve.

The biggest difference in my approach to Exam therapy is that I focus on the outcomes of approaching Exams with calmness and getting better grades. Merely resolving Exam-Anxiety and letting nature takes its own course with regards to grades is to me, a sub-optimal outcome. 

Together with you, we will look at easing Exam-anxiety for good, methods on getting to the grades that you want without the need for unnecessary stress that cripples you, or anxiety that gives you body discomforts.

Having been fully immersed in the Singapore education system from young, experiencing first hand, I am much more aware about the stringent requirements about Exams here.
